let's get physical


Started this yesterday.

Ran a mile, walked a mile, and did 100 crunches (different variations, but 100 all together) today.

Also, cutting out ALL fried foods (OMG) and ALL sodas (OMG DEATH).

Someone's going to be sexy soon.

Keep an eye out for before and after pictures featuring my looking like a marshmallow and a Greek god, respectively.
